David R. Wells
Founder Atlas Bookkeeping & Atlas CFO
David R. Wells is an operationally-minded CFO with solid instincts for “the numbers”. He possesses over 30 years of experience in finance, operations and administrative positions. While mainly focused on medical and technology companies, Mr. Wells has also worked in the water treatment, supply-chain management, manufacturing and professional services industries.
He has led multiple public offerings, reverse mergers, private placements, and M&A transactions. He has completed a deSPAC transaction (Envoy Medical, NASDAQ: COCH), Initial Public Offering (ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. NASDAQ: NDRA), and multiple reverse mergers.
Mr. Wells joined the Board of Directors of Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. (dba ‘HeartSciences’, NASDAQ: HSCS), which is developing a cardiac device which seeks to bridge today’s “diagnostic gap” in cardiac care by providing effective front-line solutions that assist in the detection of heart disease in at-risk patients. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and his Bachelors degree is from Seattle Pacific University majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Christy Albeck
Advising CFO
Christy Albeck is the Founder and Managing Partner of Albeck Advisors LLC, with nearly four decades of experience supporting small- to mid-cap companies through complex financial reporting and transactional matters. Ms. Albeck founded Albeck Financial Services in 1987, growing the firm from a sole proprietorship to a global consulting firm with offices in Houston, New York and Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Her work focuses on helping management teams meet regulatory requirements, addressing technical accounting challenges, and preparing for the financial reporting demands of both regulators and the public markets. Ms. Albeck's engagements often involve periods of change, growth, or heightened scrutiny where clarity, accuracy, and judgement matter. The focus remains practical, disciplined, and grounded in real-world experience developed over many market cycles.
Sanjeev Srivastava
Advising CFO
Sanjeev Srivastava is a consulting partner and brings over two decades of experience in capital markets, investments, entrepreneurship and as a corporate CFO.
Sanjeev currently serves as a Senior Capital Markets Advisor to Exozymes (NASDAQ: EXOZ) which is a company at the intersection of AI and biomanufacturing and has a market cap north of $100M on NASDAQ. Sanjeev was a former partner and is currently an advisor to TLGY Holdings which has a permanent capital (PE style) investment platform and has also has a SPAC (TLGY) on NASDAQ. His focus was on leading the Capital Markets relationships and on investment due diligence for tech and clean energy investments. He was previously also the strategic capital markets advisor to Innovate Biopharma raising over $5M dollars in pre-IPO funding and supporting the company to go public on NASDAQ at a $150M dollar valuation. He is also the founder and partner at Ten8 Capital, LLC which advises institutions and family offices on investment strategies. He is also the founder and managing partner of Blue Lotus Financial, LLC which advises small to mid-size companies in the areas of corporate finance, CFO work and capital markets advisory. He spent the first decade of his career with J.P. Morgan Capital Markets based in New York City.

Irina Pestrikova
Managing Director, Atlas Bookkeeping
Irina Pestrikova is a Finance and Operations Executive with a strong track record supporting early-stage and growth companies across a range of industries, including life sciences, media, and professional services.
She brings over 15 years of experience leading financial operations, corporate reporting, and strategic planning initiatives.Irina currently serves as the Managing Director of Atlas Bookkeeping, Inc., where she oversees day-to-day operations and provides hands-on financial leadership to a portfolio of public and private clients. Prior to joining Atlas, Irina was the Senior Director of Finance at ENDRA Life Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: NDRA), where she led the company’s financial reporting, SEC compliance, and accounting operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a financial analyst supporting the reporting needs of small-cap and publicly traded companies.Irina holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a BS in Economics and Finance from Izhevsk State University.
Victoria A. Wells
Director, Administration & Client Outreach, Atlas CFO
Victoria Wells is a high-impact, senior-level Executive Assistant and strategic partner with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence for C-suite leaders in biotech and sustainability. Most recently, she served as the EA to the President and Administrative Services Team Lead at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), part of City of Hope. Victoria specializes in maximizing executive bandwidth through masterful board-level communication, complex global logistics, and discreet operational management. Known for her poise in high-stakes environments, she consistently transforms organizational complexity into streamlined success. Outside the office, Victoria is an active volunteer with the Anthem Giving Circle and a devoted wife and mother to her and David’s blended family of three children and their German Shepherd, Max.
